The whole thing with jigsaws is, they are a great metaphor for life, hence my fondness for them. This really only landed big time for me a few years back, long after imagining Infinity²… 
When I had the idea of incorporating discarded puzzle pieces into my paintings, giving them a second lease of bona fide jigsaw life, well, the sun shone, birds sang and my little heart skipped, it did!
